Our home was in desperate need of some roofing work and we hired a contractor local to the Bronx, who started our work out well but after the second week they simply disappeared. We were in a huge bind, and needed to find someone to take over fast. We got in touch with M Cruz, and they gave us a great price and got started within a week. They seriously saved us when we needed them the most. I was so grateful to the team and honestly very impressed with their work! I think it was actually a blessing because they did a better job than the previous contractor we had and we ended up saving money in the long run!

We just bought a new home in Yonkers and it was definitely a fixer-upper. I was not a fan of our master bathroom so that was first on my list! We found M Cruz online and they impressed us from the start. They were on time, and very professional during the consultation process. They were very upfront and honest about all the ideas I had and made recommendations based on what we should and shouldn’t do. I can’t say enough good things about their team either. They were always so polite during the process, and got the job done really quickly, knowing we’d be without a master bath for a few months. They installed some of the most beautiful tiles I’ve ever seen and made all my over the top requests come true! I’ve finally got my dream bathroom and we are planning to use them for the rest of our renovations in the near future and have already started discussion with them.

I’ve got a rental property in Westchester and after my last tenants moved out, their dogs and cats had severely damaged the hardwood floors. We got a few different estimates from companies we had used in the past, but they seemed a little out of our price range. M Cruz gave us a solid estimate, and we were able to get started right away! They put in beautiful new hardwood flooring throughout the apartment, and I was so impressed with the work I am hiring them to do the vinyl flooring in my own home’s garage next month! These guys are the best…check them out for sure!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who recently hired M Cruz for their home in the Bronx. They were having tons of issues with their roof, and also needed some waterproofing work done. The M Cruz guys were extremely fair with their estimates, and did an honest job. A lot of other contractors saw my grandparents and looked to take advantage of the older couple, but these guys were really fair, and treated them with respect during the work. They gave us an accurate timeline, and even finished the work a few days early.

M Cruz is a really honest, super hard working company that you can really count on! I got plenty of estimates for my roofing work and to be frank, some of them were seriously outrageous. M Cruz not only gave me a fair estimate, but was able to start the work fast, and get it done even quicker. My shingled roof not only looks amazing, but is durable and stands up to the crazy weather we’ve been having this fall in my area. Highly recommended!

I’ve worked in construction myself for many years, so I know good work when I see it. M Cruz does expert brickwork and I don’t think there is anyone in the Bronx that even comes close! They did my home and my mothers and both of the jobs came out perfectly. They repaved my driveway, took care of the poor brickwork on the house facade – which made a huge difference on the overall look of my home. I really was impressed with everything and I plan to recommend them to many other people in my area.

M Cruz construction is one of the best home renovations companies in the Bronx. My house is pretty old, and was in need of a ton of work. I tried to get estimates from others, but they were either way too high, or the company was terrible with timing and it really irked me and my wife. With M Cruz, they were punctual and professional from the start, taking care of everything we needed without any headaches whatsoever. They gave us a fair estimate on a pretty big job, involving roof repair, new gutters, some fence work and brick repairs. I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out!

I’m writing this review right after the guys at M Cruz finished up at our home, they truly did an amazing job and I am so impressed! Our driveway and sidewalk area had a ton of cracks and ridges all over, and thankfully M Cruz was able to take our job on within only a few weeks after we contacted them! They completely redid our driveway and sidewalks, and they look completely brand new. Thank you M Cruz Construction!

My wife and I have been living in the same home for over 10 years and it was definitely in need of remodeling. We decided to redo our kitchen with our most recent tax refunds, and a colleague of mine recommended M Cruz Construction. M Cruz came out to my home, worked with my wife to come up with a lovely design – with new tile flooring, an island, brand new countertops and we picked out a few new appliances as well. They started the project last fall, and we were expecting it to take anywhere from 10-12 weeks to complete, even with a 10-day delay in the middle waiting for our countertops, M Cruz got it done in under 8 weeks! My wife loves her new kitchen, and if it wasn't for miscommunication with the countertop makers we would have been well under budget!

Our home had a terrible roof leak in our attic and over time, it caused a ton of water damage eventually reaching down through the attic floor into our bedroom. Unfortunately, by the time we noticed it, it had already caused severe damage to our ceiling. We called in M Cruz construction and they did an amazing job with both our roof as well as our bedroom ceiling! They provided a great paint job as well, matching it perfectly with the rest of our home. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs home renovations or repair work in the city!
